This site is a library of wellness featuring top experts in the field and original wellness video programming designed especially for the Internet.
The network features a chat room providing speakers and guest lecturers and personal wellness coaching.
BIOGRAPHIES
ARNA VODENOS
Arna Vodenos is an award winning television producer in the field of medicine and wellness. She has produced over 1,000 health documentaries for national television, hospitals, medical associations and pharmaceutical companies. She has also produced several daily lifestyle television series for The Discovery Channel, Public Television and The Home and Garden Television Network.
In addition to Arna's work as a medical television producer, she is currently working in the wellness field as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Wellness and Life Enhancement Counselor. She received her C.Ht degree from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.
Arna is finishing her M.A.in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and is in the process of obtaining her Psychology License in Counseling Psychology, Psy.D. from the California Graduate Institute.
ELIZABETH DAVIDSON
Elizabeth Davidson has a multi-faced background in film, television and the design arts. In addition to her acting and writing, her design firm sold products to major stores such as Neiman's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstroms. She also sold her products in stores in Italy, Germany and Japan.
According to Elizabeth,"You don't have to be serious to be spiritual."
She received her M.A. in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. She is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence.
